  VAT is added for shipments within the EU. The current VAT rate is 23%.

  Hauppauge has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. You may return any product purchased on the Hauppauge web store for any reason within 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. For a return, please contact our sales department at: Sales@hauppauge.com And we will give you an RMA number for your return. Credit card and PayPal refunds are normally given the day we receive your return.
